afO's A Laura Ingalls Wilder Christmas Cast

This show felt so different from the last time afO did it because the location was completely different (and not that ideal, but they made it work).  I'm so glad that despite the craziness of 2020, they are able to do this!  I hope you'll see the show!  They only have 3 performances.  One tomorrow night and two on Saturday.  You can get your tickets by going to: https://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/4810207

Tim and Kristin

I was thrilled when these two were able to fit in some family pictures into their crazy, constantly changing schedules.  They haven't had professional pictures taken of the two of them since they got married which was over 13 years ago.  😮  I can give them some grief for this since this is my brother and sister-in-law.  😁  Anyways, we had a lovely time and beautiful weather!  💓

How cute are these two??!  They don't really get along, so this composite shot is be best I could do to get them in one picture.  😂  But seriously, they are both so adorable!  Quinn is on the left and Patches is on the right.  💗

afO's A Laura Ingalls Wilder Christmas Promos

I was glad that all for One is going to be able to do another show!  This year has proved difficult for those in the arts, but it seems they have been able to work this out.  They are going to be performing "A Laura Ingalls Wilder Christmas" on November 13 and 14.  I actually photographed this play last time they did it which was back in 2015.   I'm looking forward to seeing it again!  😊

Charlie's Cake Smash

Charlie came back to the studio to celebrate his first birthday with a cake!  We had to get some fall photos before things got messy.  For some reason, Charlie did not want to touch the sunflowers, so we moved on to the crate.  He's grown so much and didn't really like being in the crate.  In general, he just seemed to be a bit unsure about me and this whole thing we were doing.  I changed the arrangement so he could sit on top of the crate, but he quickly moved down to the blanket.  I don't know what it was about that blanket, but he lit up as soon as he touched it.  Then he grabbed it and started playing peekaboo behind it.  It was precious!  But that wasn't the main event, so we cleared the area, set it up with our Winnie the Pooh theme, and brought out the most adorable cake which was made by Dulces Pasteles (Sweet Cakes) by Mamash.  Charlie quickly grabbed icing and began spreading it everywhere.  He made quite a mess in just a few short minutes as he was clearly having the time of his life.  We convinced him to stop playing long enough to taste the icing.  His face once again lit up as he realized it was yummy food!  He's such a sweet little guy!  💗

afO's The Dreadful Journal of Phoebe Weems Cast

Unfortunately, all for One is not able to do live performances of this show.  They are recording this instead.  So, I was not able to take pictures of this production, but we just had to get a photo of the cast!  They've worked hard and this show is going to be even better because it's a recording!

I'm going to be buying my ticket so I can view this online when it is released.  You can buy tickets by going to: https://allforonefw.org/event/the-dreadful-journal-of-phoebe-weems/

Zach's Proposal!

I was SO ecstatic to get the text from Zach that he wanted to hire me to capture the moments while he proposed.  I have known Zach for a very long time, and my heart is so happy that he met Sandy and that she said yes!  Congratulations Zach and Sandy!!  I hope you are able to really enjoy this next step in your lives together!

afO's The Dreadful Journal of Phoebe Weems Promos

It's been a quiet couple of months for me.  I was so glad that I could finally get out and do some pictures again!  These are the promotional pictures I took for all for One's next production, The Dreadful Journal of Phoebe Weems.  I'm extra excited about this one because it was written by Michael Wilhelm (no relation to me in case you were wondering).  This is going to be a special play because the mother and daughter you see in the first picture are not just pretending - they are mother and daughter in real life!

Phoebe, age 12, has a problem. She’s afraid of … well, basically everything. Will writing and drawing her fears and locking them in a notebook help? Not if a gang of bullies gets a hold of it. Her parents, a psychologist, and her best friend all try to help. But true help may come from the unlikeliest of places. Another world premiere comedy/drama from Michael Wilhelm (Turtle Soup, Bentley). RATED PG FOR THEMES
