Tobias David

Little Tobi here has a magnificent head of hair!  We started off his session in the same onesie that his oldest brother wore for his newborn session.  Tobi gave some cute smiles and was definitely happiest when wrapped up.  He did not like when I would switch him from one wrap to the next.  But he would settle very quickly and was so fun to photograph.  Isn't he so precious?!  I thought he looked SO good in the green!

Aspen Faith

Despite sickness and bad weather, we were able to get this precious little girl into the studio.  Aspen started out asleep but then woke up and wanted to see everything.  She gave me such sweet smiles and maybe a couple ornery grins too.  😅  She didn't really like being contained in the wraps and seemed happier with her feet left out so she could stretch.  But after she got her belly full, she succumbed to the warmth and the wraps and fell into a nice, deep sleep.  The little shower set is what did her in.  She was just too comfy to stay awake any longer.

I photographed Aspen's brother a couple of years ago.  When I have a returning family, I always check to see what blankets, wraps, and props I had previously used to see if I can incorporate any of those into the new session.  I was pleased that even though the colors we used with Aspen are different than what we used with her brother, I was still able to incorporate many of the same blankets and baskets.  😊

Beau Jason

Beau's family contacted me a couple months before his due date about getting newborn and family pictures done.  At the time, I knew I could easily fit his session into my schedule.  But with the gorgeous fall weather we have had this year, I had lots of last minute additions to my schedule.  I still wasn't too worried as his due date was right after the newly added sessions were to happen.  Little Beau came a wee bit early though which made for an even busier week, but we were able to get him in the studio right before Thanksgiving.  He was absolutely a dream to work with!  He did fill his diaper shortly before I was moving onto the family pictures, but I was able to keep him snuggly asleep, and we pushed on through the smell.  😅  His sister, Emma, was so smart, sweet, and well-behaved.  I questioned her parents on if they put her through some sort of class on professional modeling because she did everything so naturally and perfectly.  They assured me they had not, but I still don't know if I believe them.  Haha!!  Emma was obsessed with Beau which also made working with them together very easy.  The whole family was so nice and a joy to have in my studio!  💙

Christopher Jesse

I've had the joy of photographing Christopher's family since 2015.  😊  I enjoyed going back through his brothers' newborn pictures to see what blankets, wraps, and accessories I used for them.  I actually still have much of the same stuff so that was fun to include bits from the previous sessions for Christopher's session.  Christopher's grandma who passed away a couple years ago absolutely loved Winnie the Pooh, so we made sure to honor her memory by including Pooh and Piglet.  💗

I think Christopher looks the most like his brother Elias, but thankfully, Christopher actually slept during his session, unlike Eli.  😅  In fact, Christopher slept so soundly his parents were getting worried about him.  😂  And right as we were wrapping up, Christopher gave us one more big smile.  Isn't he precious?!?
