Maya's Senior Session

I love when I can get siblings of my previous clients!  I got to photograph Sam last year, and this year I got to photograph Maya for her senior session.  I was a bit nervous about the weather because it was pretty windy.  But Maya was a champ, and we were able to get a lot of awesome pictures!  We started at Freimann Square and then headed downtown.  I had so much fun finding the best spots while trying to avoid the wind.  The buildings weren't actually blocking the wind as well as I had hoped, but with some patience, we made it work.  💓

Stauss Family

I can't believe how grown up Colin and Alene are!  Aren't they so sweet?!?!  We managed to fit this session in right before they were leaving to take a much need spring break vacation.  We were a little early for the tulips to be blooming, but we still saw pretty flowers scattered about.  It was also a little chilly in the shade, but we got through this mini session with coats and blankets between pictures.  😁

Charlie's 18 Month Milestone

Charlie is turning into the cutest little red head!  He had so much fun exploring and running around.  I couldn't believe we actually had the place to ourselves!  It was a beautiful, slightly chilly morning with pops of yellow daffodils and purple crocuses scattered about.  Charlie had a blast doing his own little Easter Egg hunt.  Although he seemed to have a bit more fun spreading them around than gathering them up.  Haha!  He's such a sweet little guy!  And he actually loved his bunny ears and didn't want to take them off which was too cute!

Walter Gender Reveal

 The Walter family is adding a little boy!  I can't wait to meet the little guy!  I think Tim is excited that he gets a little brother.  Carissa didn't seem too sure about everything going on.  She really liked the balloons though!  😁

Migi's Mini Session

 I'm just gonna get this out of the way: ISN'T MIGI SO CUTE??!?!?!  AHHHH!!!  Okay, so needless to say, I was pretty dang excited when I was asked to photograph a puppy.  😁  We wanted a balance of showing off how small he is as well as letting his personality shine.  So, I grabbed just a few props for some posed pictures, and then we just let him play!  It was so fun!  For being only about 3 months old, he's incredibly well-trained already.  That said, my favorite picture is the one of him on the red blanket, and he was totally peeing when I took that.  😂  If you want to watch this little dude grow up, you can follow him on IG by going to: https://www.instagram.com/migi_the_dachshund/

Nicole's Senior Session

I thought I was done with sessions for 2020, but then one last senior mini session snuck in, and I'm so glad it worked out!  😁  Nicole was so easy to photograph and we made the most from this quick time together.  It was a beautiful, chilly day, and I was once again reminded how blessed I've been by this weather that has allowed me to continue working outside of my studio.  I've learned a lot from this past year and I am so excited to see what I can accomplish in 2021!  😊

Reynolds Family

This mini session was scheduled fairly last minute, and I am SO glad it worked out!  It was a beautiful, warm day which was such a blessing!  I couldn't stop laughing while editing these photos because of the crazy range of expressions I captured of Eli.  However, despite how cute he was in the picture I captured of him sneezing, that one didn't make the cut.  😂  There were a couple pictures that did make the cut even though Eli had his tongue out.  You can see one of them towards the end.  He and Isaac are just too cute!  😊
